Deposits Policy

• A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm any reservation for weekly house rentals. 
  
  
• Be sure to confirm your plane or ferry reservations before sending your deposit.
  
  
• The deposit must be received  within 14 business days following confirmation of the reservation.
  
  All prices given in US dollars. 

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation, you must advise us as soon as possible.
  
  
• Please note: In the event of a cancellation, $20 will be retained from refundable deposits to cover administration costs.
  
  
• Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel 61 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  
  
• Your deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  
  
• Your deposit is not refundable if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
